Delivery & Returns
UK DELIVERIES
A charge of £4.50 will apply. Usual delivery time is 1-3 business days. This may change during busy times.

If you are not home at the time of delivery, the postal service will leave a card saying that they have attempted to deliver. You will then be able to rearrange delivery.


DELIVERIES WITHIN EUROPE
£8.50 flat rate per order, regardless of the number of items or weight.

Your purchase will be a tracked delivery, delivered by your local postal service. Usual delivery time is 2-5 business days. European countries are defined by the Royal Mail at https://www.royalmail.com/international-zones#europe

All our products are shipped from the UK. Any import or customs duties liable or incurred are the responsibility of the customer.


DELIVERIES TO THE REST OF THE WORLD
£12 flat rate per order, regardless of number of items or weight.

Your purchase will be a tracked delivery, delivered by your local postal service.

Usual delivery time is in approx 5-10 business days.

If you are not in, the postal service will leave a card saying that they have attempted to deliver. You will then be able to rearrange delivery with the local postal service. All our products are shipped from the UK. Any import or customs duties incurred are the responsibility of the customer.

FREE SHIPPING ON ORDERS OVER £50
This applies to UK orders only.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please return it to us within 21 days from the date of purchase, for an exchange, replacement, or a full refund. The item must be returned in its original condition, complete with original packaging and tags.

Please allow up to 14 days from the time we receive the returned goods for us to process any refund due. This may change during busy periods.

INCORRECT OR MISSING ITEMS
Zipit® makes every effort to ensure that the items that you receive are in fact the items that you ordered. Unfortunately, from time to time, errors can be made in the packaging and delivery process.

If the item you have received is not what you ordered, please return it to us in its original condition and we will forward you the correct item as quickly as possible. We will also refund the cost of returning the incorrect item to us.

If there is an item missing from your order, please get in touch by email at ruth@zipitbaby.com and we will endeavour to correct any error made as quickly as possible.


FAULTY OR DAMAGED ITEMS
If your item is faulty or damaged, please contact us at ruth@zipitbaby.com and provide evidence of the damage. We will send a replacement item as soon as possible.


RETURNING ITEMS
Please allow up to 14 days from the time we receive them for us to deal with any returned items and process any refunds due. This may change during busy periods. Any returned item is your responsibility until it reaches us and we cannot be responsible for items that do not arrive at our warehouse.
